Westbourne Arcade was built in 1884–85 by Henry Joy and runs between Poole Road and Seamoor Road: a polychrome Gothic shopping arcade with gift shops, a florist, an old-fashioned hardware store and the 19-seat Bournemouth Colosseum cinema.
