Webbe’s at the Fish Café fills a converted brick warehouse on Tower Street, below the Landgate. It serves fish from the ports of Rye and Hastings and is also home to Webbe’s Cookery School; its sister restaurants are Webbe’s Rock-a-Nore in Hastings and The Wild Mushroom at Westfield.
