About The Hummingbird Restaurant
The Hummingbird, run by the local Truffles Bakery, is inside the Art Deco terminal of Brighton City Airport, with views across the airfield and an outdoor viewing deck. It serves breakfast and lunch, snacks, pastries, cream teas and cakes, and dogs are welcome. It opens from 8am every day (to 4.30pm on weekdays, 5pm at weekends); call ahead late in the day, as it sometimes closes early for private functions.
