About St Mary de Haura

St Mary de Haura (St Mary of the Haven) was founded as a large cruciform church at the end of the 11th century. Much of the building was lost in the 18th century, so the church you see today is about half its original size; its Norman tower still rises over the town. It is Grade I listed.
