About Seaford Head
Seaford is about 43 minutes from Brighton by direct train (National Rail). Seaford Head, a Sussex Wildlife Trust reserve, is part of the Seven Sisters National Nature Reserve, with what the Trust calls the most iconic view in East Sussex, across the Cuckmere to the white cliffs. The cliffs are unstable: keep to the paths and well back from the edge.
